Lake Kinchant | Special event closures in 2025

Update 1 – Friday, 21 March 2025, 9:10am

Lake Kinchant will be temporarily closed to all in-water recreational use by the public, due to special boating events being held on the following dates:

 

• Sunday 30 March 2025
• Sunday 18 May 2025
• Sunday 27 July 2025
• Sunday 14 September 2025

 

To facilitate these events safely, the lake will be temporarily closed between 6am and 6pm on each of these dates. Signage will be in place at the dam and boat ramp.
