Update 3 – Friday 28 February 2024, 2.55pm
Work is continuing to upgrade the fencing at the Tinaroo Falls Dam lookout and crest walkways (on both sides of the spillway).
Due to a number of factors, these works have regrettably taken longer than anticipated. Sunwater plans to have the works completed and public access to these areas made available again by 31 March 2025 (subject to weather conditions)
These works are not impacting access to Tablelands Regional Council’s amenities or car parking.
Sunwater apologises for the inconvenience caused and thanks the community for their patience whilst the upgrade works are completed.

Update 2 – Tuesday 17 December 2024, 10:15am
Sunwater is upgrading the fencing at the Tinaroo Falls Dam lookout and crest walkways (on both sides of the spillway).
Unfortunately, we will not have finished this work before Christmas. This means access to the crest walkways will remain closed. When work resumes we will provide an update, including a revised finish date.
Sunwater’s work will not impact on access to Tablelands Regional Council’s amenities or car parking.
We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause the community.
