Isis Balancing Storage (Lake Gregory) | Temporary closure

Sunwater is upgrading the access road to the Isis Balancing Storage (also known as Lake Gregory).

 

Work is expected to start in the week commencing 28 October 2024 for a period of approximately five weeks, weather and construction conditions permitting.

 

The lake will be closed to the public for recreation purposes including boating and fishing while the road is widened and sealed.

 

The Recreation Facility Upgrade Project has been made possible as part of a Queensland Government program to upgrade recreation facilities at popular dam and weir sites across the state. Find out more at https://www.sunwater.com.au/…/recreation-facility-upgrade/
